Writing Game #10 - Plot Shuffling

Very brief post this morning, looking at the fiddly business of pacing and formulating compelling and often interlinked plots. I've tried to come up with a game that helps you look at plot through a different angle, so try this and see how you get on:

Writing Game #10 - Plot Shuffling

The Brief:

Design three linear plots, using a very broad beginning, middle, and end structure. The simpler the better, but make them plots you actually wish to write, remember that. You only need write two to three covering sentences.

Now assign each plot a number. Now try writing an introductory chapter to each of your stories using this system:

Plot #1 - Narrative time begins in the middle of the plot.1st person.

Plot #2 - Narrative time is linear, beginning, middle, end. 3rd person.

Plot #3 - Narrative time begins at the end, retold through flashback. 1st person subjective.

Have fun, and as always, feel free to post what you come up with below.
